Submit your event details and request approval.

Receive Auction Materials
We provide a 60-second video, package description, images, and auctioneer talking points.

Present at Your Live Auction
Your auctioneer introduces the experience, opens at the recommended bid, and seeks to exceed the reserve.

Share the Proceeds
When the reserve is met and payment is collected, eligible auction proceeds are split equally, 50/50.
- 6.
Deliver the Experience
We coordinate directly with the winning bidder to create the commissioned painting or arrange the live performance.

Reserve protection
No sale obligation below reserve.
If bidding does not reach the minimum reserve, the package is not sold and your organization owes nothing. The reserve is a minimum threshold—not a target price—so auctioneers should keep bidding beyond it.
